Letters of inquiry are accepted from September 1 through March 15 each fiscal year. All letters of inquiry must be postmarked on or before March 15 and should be mailed to:

Applicants are notified by May 1 of the Board's decision regarding each letter of inquiry. Successful applicants will be invited to submit a full grant proposal for Board consideration. There is no formal grant proposal form. However, each grant proposal must contain all of the information specified in our grant proposal checklist.
Grant proposals from invited applicants must be postmarked on of before June 1.
